The land becomes completely non-favorable for the humans and they start going extinct just like the dinosaurs. Mary Robinette Kowal has narrated this book on her own besides writing it as well. In this series, the author depicts the situation of humans which the dinosaurs faced once.
However, there is a difference i.e the dinosaurs were not experts in the use of technology on the other hand the humans can form colonies in outer space to save themselves. Elma York’s is called for the job as she becomes the first woman to go into space.
