Lanky forces have been the most teasing thing for the people of the earth. The Lankies not only took control of Mars but also became a barrier between the earth and its allies.

A lot of fighting and struggle has not yet solved the problem and the time for the final blow has finally approached. Marko Kloos does not bring the conclusion of the story at once rather the author prepares a solid base for it before the finale. It seems that the narrator Luke Daniels is also saving his best for the last part of the series still we cannot say that the narrator is not fully committed to the task.
Every chapter has enjoyed the complete effort of the narrator. The final attack on the Lankies is unleashed because the humans have the help of some old warships that can get the job done. Andrew and Halley are selected for the task by the human race and on their planning the result of the battle depends.

Fields of Fire, Citadel, and many more like this are available for the fans of Marko. Scenes of love and strong female characters lack on most occasions but the absence of these things is not felt very deeply by anyone. The listener gets soaked into the world of war where both sides are preparing to give their best in war. The one who loses the game will perish forever in front of the enemy.
