Fatally Flaky Audiobook Free
This is the most disappointing book in the series. Goldie isn’t just flaky, she’s almost unrecognizable. Her usual spunk is almost completely missing, she allows herself to be bullied by both clients and strangers, and some of the things she does — such as the hot tub scene in the spa — are unlike the character that’s been developed throughout the series.Some of the other characters, including the bridezilla and her mother, are two dimensional and stereotyped.
The plot is rather dull. There’s very little tension in its development and consequently very little satisfaction in the resolution.
I’ve read/listened to all the books in the series. This one seems like something that the author just tossed together. Maybe like so many of us she’s feeling the bad economy. I’ll think twice about buying another book in the series, and maybe the author should think twice before writing another.

Fatally Flaky audiobook Series Goldy Bear Culinary
I have read or listened to all of Diane Mott Davidson’s books. Goldie and her cast of characters always provide an enjoyable read. I have tried many of the recipes included in the books, and they were all successes. Barbara Rosenblatt is a wonderful narrator.I look forward to each new Nevada Barr and Diane Mott Davidson book, so that I can listen to her again.

The recording is messed up. The editing is terrible with chapters ending oddly and strange music coming on in the lull that continues through the first few sentences of the next chapter. Rosenblat is her usual genius. In spite of the holes in the story I still love Goldy!!
I DID NOT like the music that was at the beginning and end of every chapter. The music was not in the other stories, and I really hope it is not in the last two books. I think it would be different if music had been a part of the rest of the series. I loved the story! Goldy sure knows how to get into trouble! Love the stories and the characters….just not the music.

Fatally Flaky audiobook by Diane Mott Davidson
the music marking the end of chapters is annoying! the plot was good, and this time the main character did talk to the killer as much, however she does admire the killer until she is very nearly murdered. the narrator brings the characters to life. one major problem, in her first book, we are told that the money for her commercial kitchen came from her settlement for the divorce… this book says her godfather have her the money??? only one can be true.

Free audiobook Fatally Flaky audiobook
I have loved her books since the first one – but she has gotten away from including recipies. And the last few have been lacking. I truly like these characters but I found myself shaking my head over the stupid things some of them did. I even yelled at my IPOD a few times. Just did not enjoy this listen as much as I had hoped……
