No Rules Rules
Netflix is a company of its kind. The journey has never been short of a revolution within the entertainment industries where it generated billions of dollars annually. It managed to capture the imaginations of millions of people from more than 190 countries. But, to reach those great heights and success, Netflix launched as a DVD rental service online in 1998 and had to reinvent itself more than once.
Such flexibility of Netflix would have been impossible without the radical management and counterintuitive management principles. All these were established by Reed Hastings at the beginning who was its co-founder. Hastings was quite instrumental with the rejection of conventional wisdom and also defied tradition while building a culture that is focused more on responsibility and freedom. This approach enabled Netflix to innovate and adapt to the growing needs of its members, while the entire world transformed simultaneously.

It is a book that provides you with a lot to think about and share. Netflix is a very good case study with some great challenges to be discussed while busting assumptions of Corporate America.
