I love this series. I love Aru. I love how human she is. The lying thing kind of bothered me in the first one, but I understand it. Also, I really enjoyed the adventure in this one. Even if there were some pretty direct connections with media. (Taylor Swift, Moana) things that probably won\’t stand the test of time. But, it also makes it fun and silly in the good way that I think sometimes I take for granted. It\’s a great book and I can\’t wait to see where she takes the story next! I do feel like this one was a pretty typical adventure book, get a quest, go find the thing. But the way she drew the characters together was wonderful. Each of them has their strengths and weaknesses. And the ending was powerful. I love the way she writes, and I love this world and am eagerly awaiting my return to it.

I read Aru Shah And The End Of Time, and this book is the perfect addition to the series. First you start with Aru and Mini, then the story sends some helpers: Aiden and Brynne. When you just open the book you can tell It\’s going to be a good one. Well that is what I felt when I opened the book. When you start reading you\’re never going to put the book down. With the God Of Love\’s bow gone, the world goes into chaos. Thousands of people are found missing. Aru,Mini,Aiden, and Brynne are on the trail of the thief. With all the same humor as Aru Shah And The End Of Time (which is a lot) you won\’t stop laughing.

Audiobook Aru Shah and the Song of Death (Pandava Quartet #2) by Roshani Chokshi
Sorry about my review for book 1. I accidentally pressed the \”submit\” button midsentance and it looked really awkward, so I just wanted you to know. ===============================================This book was, to be brief, awesome. I liked the part where SPOILER ALERT they fight the giant crab who *GASP* cannot sing and is not bright red. I love the way Aru relates him with the giant crab in Moana. I think it\’s funny that Aru is into movies because she will quote a movie character any chance she gets.

My son loves this book. He likes all of Rick Riordan\’s books and feels this fits right in. My son is 11 with an above average reading level. This is more of a 12- 13 year old level reader.

My son has read all that Rick Riordian has written. This is obviously not written by him but is part of the Rick Riordian presents collection. This is the only series from that collection that my son really likes.
