The culture of the organization is the key to its success. One of the key essentials is strategic planning. The competencies of the people should be measured and at the same time, all of their weaknesses should be checked as well. People always crave to get their feedback.
All of the above might just sound like some very basic truths related to our professional lives of today. But, in reality, those are all lies. The authors showed brilliantly in this inspiring and provocative book that there are some really big lies running right through our organizational lives. These bog lies could be faulty assumptions, distortions, and wrong thinking, etc. But, some can get past all of these big lies and are also able to find out the reality. Such kinds of people are known as the freethinkers who can recognize the great power and the real beauty of the uniqueness of the individuals.
