I love Eric\’s books. This is another good book and I would have given it 5 starts. If they would have only edited the audio. There was dozens of repeats,heavy swallows and crackles it takes you out of the story. I appreciate how quickly your books come out Eric and own all of Succubus Lord, Without Law and Dungeon Master but edit Please. It just ruined the story.
as far as the story is concerned, I loved it. but the end is rough for the audio quality. numerous times where he does another take of the same line and then during the last hour or so he keeps pausing and you can hear what sounds like either water or breathing coming from the background

The only complaint I have is that the last 30 minutes of the book were poorly edited on the sound side of production.

in chapter 22 you can start to hear the page turns and the voice actor wetting their lips before starting to speak. Overall i still enjoyed the performance and story
