The Zombie Survival Guide: Complete Protection from the Living Dead audiobook free
After ordering this book and in anticipation of its arrival I ventured to my local gas station to procure what I mistakenly presumed was the preeminent zombie survival weapon, that being the venerable and highly revered Z-Hunter.
Well you can imagine my surprise to learn right there on page thirty five that serrations on a knife are far from ideal for use in a zombie attack. Spoiler alert: it turns out the the serrations can and have become hung up on the skull of a dispatched zombie leaving one defenseless.
Well now Im even more distraught since the gas station will not give me my six bucks back claiming that I caused some so-called quality issues with the Z-Hunter. So it goes.
Beyond that, the book is kind of a hoot albeit mostly a novelty to own. No regrets on the purchase. Makes a nice companion to World War Z by the same author.

The Zombie Survival Guide: Complete Protection from the Living Dead audiobook streamming online
The survival guide is interesting and amusing, but it’s the Recorded Attacks history at the end that really nails it for me. It reads like real history. The whole book shows that Brooks’ zombies, infected and reanimated by a fictional virus called Solanum, function within a framework of realistic rules that makes them all the more terrifying. I never cared much for the zombie genre until I read this and World War Z – now I’m wishing there was more in Brooks’ universe.

Audiobook The Zombie Survival Guide: Complete Protection from the Living Dead by Max Brooks
This is a great book. I bought it as a gift for someone who loves zombies. There is actually a lot of practical information on survival in this book that would be helpful in a zombie apocalypse or many other situations. I did not expect that! It is fun to thumb through it because the author has a great sense of humor. There are some pictures that are fun. It is a lightweight paperback book. I recommend it! Good price, too.

Audio The Zombie Survival Guide: Complete Protection from the Living Dead narrated by Marc Cashman
First, while this book is a parody of how to deal with a zombie invasion, there is plenty of common sense information that is applicable to our current 2020 chaos. Second, the author takes his jobs with admirable gravitas. At no time does he break character. This book is entertaining as heck and fun to read.
