OMG I fell asleep with dried tears when I finished this. Its so damn good. Amazingly moving and Unf, yeah… that too.
I loved every crest and wave of emotion these two incredible men pulled out of me.
Worship is a brilliant internal brooding romangst. Its hot and dirty, and hands down a perfect soul scratching addition to Ella James fantastic library. I couldnt get enough, and immediately went back to their meeting, the phone exchanges, Vances existential needs and his patience, god I loved reading his epic patience and fraying sanity. I needed so much more. The longing kept me on edge until I thought Id combust over the love and pain between these two sexy, needy, star-crossed characters.
Everyone who loves the push and pull of forbidden romance needs this book at the top of their collection. Vance has so much conflict and I ached with him, with every delete and space of time he waited and imagined a different future. Lukes conflict was the reserve, a self-imposed controlled denial. And his mental contortions slayed me. Read the book. I loved it. TWICE!
One other note, the entire opening, the yachthad a palpable, dangerous dark quality, it was some of the finest suspense romance Ive read in ages.

This is such an amazing book. It kept me intrigued until the very last page and now desperately waiting for the next one. It was hot so very hot but also so in-depth of the characters and what drives them.

Audiobook Worship (On My Knees Duet #1) by Ella James
This story was the first M/M only story that Ive read and I have to say that I could not get enough. Ella has created a beautiful story full of heartache and struggle. The compassionate way she wrote these characters and the realism with which the situations occur will tug at your heartstrings.
Vance and Luke have this special connection that you dont find every day. Their intensity and passion is enough to melt your Kindle and then some. These two are a frenzy of fiery heat and sensual desires. Its completely captivating and oh so HOT!!! But due to society and familial expectations they have serious obstacles to overcome.
It broke my heart to watch them struggle and try to figure out their way in this world. You wouldnt think that now a days this would be so much of an issue anymore, but reading this you realize how nave that is. I dont want to give a lot away because I feel this is a story that everyone should read. But just know that you will not be disappointed. And keep in mind that this is book 1 in a duet so it does end on a cliffhanger.

Wow! What a fantastic MM romance. Im always fascinated with these MM stories and some authors do them really well to the point that you just have a beautiful love/lust story that just happens to be two men. And theres always a lot of lustfulness with men. I can see the appeal…I love men and their beautiful bodies! However, Im not a big fan of serials so I will have to wait to find out what happens between these two studs. That ending was heart throbbing. Go Vance! I loved him from the beginning with his artist mentality and anything goes attitude. Hes yummy! Luke on the other hand is such a sympathetic character. The author did a great job of keeping me guessing about Lukes mystery. That reveal was a mind twist with the extent of Lukes reality. The battle between your calling and your feelings is so real and challenging. I loved that Luke was so committed to his vision and stayed true until Vance. The writing was outstanding and the story pulled me in from the beginning. I couldnt put it down and read it straight through. My eyes are bleeding! Kidding but they are tired. Had to use lots of eye drops. Regardless of your feelings about some of the subject matter this is a really fantastic sorta taboo romance that I loved. I cant wait for the next story. I hope theres only two.

I am ruined! The author has taken me on an angst-filled journey I never expected and left me wanting MORE! My heart hurts. I did not expect the emotional turmoil. I had no idea that I would FEEL so much!!!
Luke knows who he needs to be. Yet it completely conflicts with who he really is. He battles between what he feels and who he thinks hes supposed to be. I admire his dedication to his work, his public service. Hes buttoned up and all about being the man he is expected to be.
Vance is an artist. He believes in love and acceptance. He loves who he loves. No judgment from him. Hes passionate and gives affection freely. Hes the exact opposite of Luke.
Their meeting is unlikely. Their chemistry absolutely sizzles. Holy Hotness!!! Their connection is unbreakable even when they walk away.
Life choices tear them apart. Just because time passes, it doesnt take with it the memories. Some things change, while others stay the same.
I am wrecked. I cannot believe how incredibly I felt with and for these characters! This story took me places I hadnt planned on going. So unexpectedly moving. This is not just an MM story with crazy hot sex (it has that too). Its about forbidden love, acceptance you dont think you can have and happiness you dont think you deserve. Im ready for book two. I NEED IT!
