Wicked Ride audiobook free
Wicked Ride was the fourth book in the Wicked Horse series by Sawyer Bennett. It was well written, well developed, sexy and entertaining.
It was told in a dual POV from Logan and Auralie. Logan McKay was a gorgeous, dirty talking, protective, sexy alpha . He lived a simple life and was employed at the Wicked Horse as an extra fantasy maker. Auralie Foster was the young and beautiful innocent that was being auctioned off at the Wicked Horse to the highest bidder.
The beginning was captivating setting the stage for a dark and disturbing under current in the storyline. We were introduced to Logan in all of the books previously, but with no real insight into what drove him. Wicked Ride opened by providing us this insight and revealed that he was indeed hiding something that tormented him in his sleep. We wouldn’t know what it was until much later, creating mystery and suspense in the storyline.
I loved their connection and in Logan’s words “we’re tethered.” Bennett wrote their interactions in a way that I felt it between them. They were two lost souls that were connected long before they spoke.
Bennett took us through the storyline with suspense and intrigue highlighting a journey of discovery, healing, forgiveness and new beginnings.
Additionally, this series had some intense and hot sex scenes and Wicked Ride followed suit; yet provided creative and differing scenes from previous books. This is recommended only for those 18 and older and who don’t mind the explicit scenes.
All in all, I thoroughly enjoyed Wicked Ride. We were left with a teaser for Bridger’s story in the epilogue and we’ll finally get his full story next in Wicked Bond.

Logan has a mysterious past and has only been working at the Wicked Horse for about a year. We know a little bit about him from the previous books in the series and we definitely know his extremely wild side that allows him to try anything with anyone. He is a puzzle from the get go but we find out his back story and his is the most heartbreaking so far. I didn’t see it coming. I mean I know he had a past that lead him to bury it in kinky sex but I didn’t expect that story.
Logan mets Auralee who has her own past and when they meet it’s under lies and pretense. They share an incredible connection from the beginning but Logan’s past leaves him thinking he is not good enough for her. He lets his demons dictate his future. He lets Auralee go presumably for her own good but the connection is just to great. Auralee flees when Logan refuses to tell her about his life before he arrived at the Wicked Horse. Things are def. not as the seem on the surface.
Auralee is in trouble and Logan goes to Bridger for help without consulting Auralee. This of course causes tension between the couple and puts Auralee and her father in danger. Too his credit Bridger helps them out and devises a plan to help Auralee and her father. He is also instrumental in helping Logan to realize that he needs to open up to Auralee in order to give them a chance a happiness. Logan doesn’t believe he can or should be happy but he does go to her to tell her this story.
Also at the end we get a taste of Bridger’s story to come and while Logan’s backstory is heartbreaking I think it pales in comparison to Birdger’s. I loved this book and the entire series. Yes these books are filled with kinky sex but that’s part of the story. Ms. Bennett’s characters are strong and defective in some way and yet they are able to find love and while love doesn’t conquer all, it does go a long way to helping these characters become whole again.
I am hooked on Ms. Bennett’s writing and look forward to Bridger’s story. I will be sad to see this series end. I have been pulled in by the writing and am glad I stayed for the ride!

Audiobook Wicked Ride by Sawyer Bennett
This series is like crack for me. I simply cannot get enough and with each new book I’m more hooked than ever!
This is Logan’s story and as usual it’s a wild one. His attraction to Auralie is almost instant and the way they communicate with just their eyes and facial expressions was downright erotic. But she is off-limits, being auctioned off to the highest bidder for her virginity, yet that certainly won’t stop Logan from wanting her.
There is clearly something very alluring about The Silo and it’s members, and the way it is described and what transpires at this very sexy club makes this one of the most sensual series I’ve ever read. With Wicked Ride, the ante is raised yet again and what occurs with Logan and Auralie was off the charts hot!! Logan’s mysterious nature is matched by what Auralie is keeping to herself. Watching as they try to find a way to not only be together but live with the secrets they both harbor kept me riveted every step of the way.
Of course, Silo owner Bridger features prominently in this 4th installment and it’s only a matter of months before we finally get his story. In addition, there were some concurrent scenes that matched up with Rand and Cat’s story from need and it was interesting getting another perspective into their love affair.
A huge 5 stars yet again. Yeah, it’s THAT good.

Another brilliant book by Sawyer.
Loving this series.
Loved Auralei and Logans story.
Got rather tearful towards the end when he told his story to her. Never expected that but glad they got their HEA.

I love this series and I have been so excited to read wicked ride. I liked Logan’s story but I didn’t love it as much as the other 3 books in this series. There is no particular reason why, I guess my brain is just being difficult. I would still recommend this to others, the writing was good and I liked the plot.
