Stolen Honor audiobook free
Read it in 3 hrs, could not put it down! Clint is a natural writer. An extremely well written, personal account of his seven year nightmare. He lets you into his personal life, his time in the Army as well as shares stories of life in the USDB at Ft. Leavenworth. A story of perseverance! Clint truly lives by his motto Never Give Up-Never Give In **Edit** Amazon needs to only allow reviews from verified purchasers (on all products).

Stolen Honor audiobook streamming online
I have followed Clint Lorance’s story since he was imprisoned. I am glad to read a detailed version of his journey. This book is very well written and I read it in a few hours. I learned a lot about his service in Afghanistan and the complex social system in Leavenworth military prison. He was a leader in both settings and improved the lives of those around him. I am looking forward to his work as an attorney for military justice cases. And hopefully, more books.

Audiobook Stolen Honor by Clint Lorance
For those with an interest in “Military Justice”, this book, or rather memoir, should be on their shelf, along with what I consider to also be necessary reading, Travesty of Justice by one of Lorance’s attorneys, Don Brown, which goes into far greater detail regarding the events and shooting that led to Lorance’s kangaroo court-like court martial. Lorance himself states this in one of the later chapters.
What this book does a phenomenal job of, is covering what has motivated Lorance’s personal mission – the “broken”, and what I consider, incredibly biased and seldom subject to criticism, US “Military Justice” system; which unfortunately, is seldom in the news or covered with interest by those outside of the military justice system, let alone anyone in the legal system.
Lorance is a true soldier that takes brotherhood seriously, his writings of his days spent in the most obscure and niche prison in the American legal system – military confinement in the Disciplinary Barracks at Fort Leavenworth, is not only a memoir of his days behind bars on a personal level, but his interactions with fellow Soldiers, Airmen, Marines and Sailors (theres a few Coasties in there also), who if you have experience with the “Military Justice” system, it’s not a stretch to think that many of these men have been charged, tried and convicted due to “leaders” above them wishing to protect their own careers, gain an NCO/Officer “bullet” on their ratings, appeal to statistics on “cracking down on sexual assault”….allegations, and in Lorance’s case, appeal to foreign leaders.
The former Army Officer has made it his personal mission to change the “Military Justice” system, which is; broken, rife with weak leaders bowing to Congressional intimidation and biased social issues, corrupted by false beliefs in accusers, knee-jerk reactions of perceived ills, and a bias against those who initially struggle with facets of military life.
The Military Justice system is far slower to change than the legal system in the civilian world and as Lorance points out, extremely subject to Congressional whims and General Officer/Admiral promotions by Senate Confirmation, which Lorance does not hide his disdain of. For Military Justice geeks, theres a hint of Unlawful Command Influence (UCI) allegations and President Obamas incompetent handling of military affairs, which are rife in the book, along with the former Presidents hand in directly influencing court martial outcomes, President Obama with sexual assault allegations and President Trump with the Bowe Bergdahl fiasco/embarassment.
Lorance closes the book with his stated personal mission of wanting to become an attorney to change what he many times calls, The Broken Military Justice System, and states, with criticism, the role that senior leaders, solely Flag Officers, have in the Military Justice system.
Its not hard to imagine one day Lorance being in the same military legal acumen as Gene Fidell, Bill Cassara, James Weirick, Zachary Spilman, or Phillip Stackhouse.
Im looking forward to seeing the former LT testify in front of Congress about the influence those looking for promotion have in dispensing justice on Americas Service Members.

I am a huge supporter of our Military and the men and women in uniform who sacrifice so much, often including their lives. I was appalled to learn many years ago that the The Uniform Code of Military Justice is NOT a just and fair system. Facts have shown that they will often withhold evidence and stack the case to ensure they get the outcome they want which is why they have an extremely high conviction rate. You ask, why would they do that? Politics, appeasing foreign governments, and not wanting to admit leadership was wrong to name a few reasons. Clint and many others have been used as scapegoats. Don’t get me wrong, many people deserve convictions and deserve to be in Leavenworth. The facts have proven Clint Lorance is NOT one of them! The FACTS proved that the men killed did indeed have the blood of American soldiers on their hands. It was a FACT that Clint’s platoon was being scouted that day. The list goes on and none of it was presented to the jury. If you want to know more, I also highly recommend the book Travesty of Justice by Don Brown which goes into even greater detail about the case of Clint Lorance. Clint is an American hero who rather than being bitter has risen above his circumstances and is now on a mission to help reform the code of military justice. I for one wish him well and believe he will do great things. President Trump made the right decision in giving a full pardon to this young man. I highly recommend this book!
